A beautiful day on the links for a great cause! Many thanks to the sponsors, players, volunteers, and other supporters who helped make the AgeSpan 2025 Annual Golf Classic a big success.
The event, which took place June 2, 2025, at the Haverhill Country Club, raised more than $100,000 for the DiStefano Family Care Fund, which is a critical resource that supports older adults facing emergencies or unexpected expenses. This fund can cover essentials such as food, prescription medications, utility bills or moving expenses, and other basic needs for an older adult who needs immediate assistance.
“Every dollar raised at our tournament will help us respond to urgent needs and continue offering the kinds of personalized, compassionate services that older adults need and deserve,” AgeSpan Executive Director Joan Hatem-Roy told participants at as they wrapped up the day. “It’s a real pleasure to see so many friends, partners, and supporters come together, not just for a great day on the course, but for an even greater purpose.”
The tournament, which was sponsored in part by Enterprise Bank and Guardian Health Care, featured a welcome breakfast, a luncheon, raffles, and contests. Winners took home prizes donated by local companies and bragging rights for the year.
Tournament winners included:

Joe Vacirca, Chris McKinnon, Peter Hemmerdinger, Chris Patanaude

Sean Rogers, Jonathan Morin, Tom Morgan, Evan Penney

Thomas Crowley, Erlindo Garcia, Sam Walsh, Jared Roy
