Low Income/Subsidized Rental Housing

Housing programs that make rental housing more readily available to homeless people and/or low-income individuals and families (those below 50% of the area’s median income). Some complexes or housing units may be reserved for low-income older adults, people with disabilities and/or other special populations.

  • Merrimack Valley Apartments

    This is a 60 unit HUD subsidized elderly housing complex for low-income elders. Units meet all handicapped accessible regulations. There is a full-time on-site property manager. Residents are allowed one cat or dog; certain size restrictions apply. This property is privately managed by Peabody Properties in Braintree.
