Peabody Housing Authority
The Peabody Housing Authority currently administers three housing programs and manages 505 units of state-aided public housing. The PHA administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program(Section 8), Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (both voucher and project based), and State Aided Public Housing for families, elderly and disabled.
Their properties include: Bresnahan Street (35 units), Wilson Terrace (50 units), Connolly Terrace (52 units), Eastman Park (52 units), Rockdale Park (50 units), Seeglitz at 75 Central Street (59 one-bedroom units, 7 two-bedroom, and 12 congregate housing units), and Farnsworth at 103 Central Street (17 one-bedroom units and 12 congregate units).
