Mehuen Housing Authority provides state and federal affordable housing programs for elders, people with disabilities, and low-income families. The following are state subsidized housing sites managed by the Methuen Housing Authority. They include: Oakland Avenue at 36 Oakland Avenue (40 units), Edgewood at 75 Edgewood Avenue (64 units), Mystic Street Elderly Housing at 22 and 24 Mystic Street (72 units each), and Rachel Corliss at 101 Broadway (41 congregate units, 20 non-congregate units).

Supportive services are available at Mystic Street Housing sites, Edgewood Avenue, and at Rachel Corliss housing.
