Evergreen Place is permanent housing for homeless adults with priority given to elders. Evergreen Place has 21 unfurnished single room units each with private bath and kitchenette. There are shared full kitchen areas and laundry facilities on each floor. AgeSpan provides service coordination and support services. This property is owned and managed by Emmaus Inc.
This apartment complex offers one, two and three-bedroom units with on-site laundry facilities. There are some subsidized apartment options. The property is privately managed by the Corcoran Management Company.
