The Groveland Housing Authority manages the River Pines housing. This site has 58 one-bedroom units; 6 are wheelchair accessible. This housing is for elders and for those with disabilities.

The Housing Authority managers the following sites: Saunders Circle – 60 units with 4 of these handicap accessible; Robert Flucker Heights on Delaney Terrace – 50 units; and Carnation Drive – 80 units.
The Trestle Way location has 126 one bedroom units; 8 of these are wheelchair accessible. This is a state aided public housing site. The HA has installed a standby generator (power, heat, air conditioning, lights, water) in the Community Center that will serve as an emergency shelter for HA residents when needed.
This Housing Authority manages Brinley Terrace and Red Pines Terrace. Brinley Terrace is also a congregate site with 4 rooms with private bedrooms and shared bathrooms. It offers daily dinner at a weekly cost. Supportive services are managed by AgeSpan.
The Rowley Housing Authority manages Rowley Plantation which consists of 8 buildings with 42 one-bedroom apartments. This is state aided housing.
The West Newbury Housing Authority oversees the Lionel Brunault Community Housing. This site consists of 14 units, 2 of which are handicap accessible. This is state aided public housing.
The Salisbury Housing Authority manages Great Meadows Village. This housing site has 80 one-bedroom units, 5 of which are handicap accessible. This is a state aided housing site.
This is privately owned subsidized housing located in downtown Lowell. It has 40 studio and one-bedroom apartments, some of which are handicap accessible. The Billerica Housing Authority owns and manages the following properties for elders and those with disabilities: McCarthy Complex at 16 River Street, Greenwood Complex at 13 River Street, and the Talbot School Apartments at 33 Talbot Avenue. AgeSpan provides supportive services to eligible residents at both River Street sites.
