Newburyport Housing Authority

The Newburyport Housing Authority manages the following two elder housing sites: Horton Terrace and the Marshall Sullivan Building. Horton Terrace has 50 federally subsidized one-bedroom units with two handicap accessible units. The Marshall Sullivan Building has 100 one-bedroom state subsidized units with 4 handicap accessible apartments and offers supportive services to eligible residents. These supportive services are managed by AgeSpan.
