Regional Fact Sheets

Since 1974, AgeSpan has sought to understand and address the needs of adults over the age of 60 throughout the 28 communities we serve in the Merrimack Valley and the North Shore.

We offer a broad range of servicesto support healthy aging and advance health equity for all residents. AgeSpan plays a key role in providing low-income older adults with a range of needed supports including Meals on Wheels, Home Care Case Management, Elder Abuse Investigation (Protective Services), Caregiver support, SHINE Medicare Counseling, and more.
Across all programs, AgeSpan serves approximately 80,000 consumers each year. While much of our work is supported by state and federal grants, private philanthropy enables us to provide innovative initiatives, respond to identified gaps in services, and help older adults live healthier lives.
