Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Focus Groups
Join us in a confidential setting to talk about your experiences with residents/patients in long-term care settings who have behavioral health and substance use disorder. Our Ombudsman Program is conducting a series of focus groups with long-term-care facilities, hospitals, police, and emergency medical providers to encourage collaborative partnerships and develop best practices for the future care of residents/patients in long-term cares.
Results of these focus groups and best practices will be presented during our May 9, 2024, conference.
Hospital Staff: 10 a.m. on January 22
Long-Term Care Facility Staff: 10 a.m. January 29
Police/EMS: 10 a.m. February 5
