Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Focus Groups

Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Focus Groups

Join us in a confidential setting to talk about your experiences with residents/patients in long-term care settings who have behavioral health and substance use disorder. Our Ombudsman Program is conducting a series of focus groups with long-term-care facilities, hospitals, police, and emergency medical providers to encourage collaborative partnerships and develop best practices for the future care of residents/patients in long-term cares.

Results of these focus groups and best practices will be presented during our May 9, 2024, conference.

Please RSVP to one of the focus groups listed below by contacting Wendy Williams, Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Coordinator, at wwilliams@agespan.org or call 978-624-2273.
