Tyngsboro Housing Authority provides state and federal affordable housing programs for elders, people with disabilities, and low-income families. This housing authority manages Brinley Terrace (56 units) and Red Pines Terrace (36 units). Brinley Terrace is also a congregate site with 4 rooms with private bedrooms and shared bathrooms. It offers daily dinner at a weekly cost. Supportive services are managed by AgeSpan.
