Founded in 2014, TFI is a mental health clinic approved and licensed by the Department of Public Health (DPH) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF). Serving the Greater Lowell area. They provide individual and group therapy, in-home therapy is available, and they have:

3. CBHI Services: In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentor (TM)
