South Common Village

South Common Village is a 9 building development for elders. It has a total of 399 units, 20 of which are congregate housing. Twenty apartments are handicap accessible. Each building has a tenant community room and a card key entry system for security. The development is located on the perimeter of downtown Lowell and is on a bus route.
