Salemhaven offers 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. It provides a complete rehabilitation program that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Hospice care is provided as well as religious services. An adult day health program, Silverthorne, is on the campus.
