This is a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility specializing in pulmonary care including trach management and weaning, high flow oxygen needs, and recovery from respiratory failure, pneumonia and congestive heart failure. It offers long term care, short term care, transitional care, respite, and hospice. It will admit patients with Alzheimer’s Disease but there is no specialized unit.
