This Congregate Living site houses 4 individuals (male and female). It is a 4 private bedroom unit offering 2 handicap accessible shared bathrooms. Monthly social/recreational activities are available to residents. A meal plan is available. Parking is available to residents; the COA will provide transportation to residents over the age of 60. Home care services are available on-site; managed by AgeSpan.
Services may include homemaking, personal care, adult day health, social day care, home health aide/skilled services, personal emergency response systems, laundry, shopping and light housekeeping.

Adults who are at least 60 years of age or under 60 with a disability, must meet income guidelines of the Tyngsborough Housing Authority, and would benefit from the supportive setting but not require 24-hour supervision.
