This congregate site houses 20 residents both men and women. Each apartment has a private bath and kitchenette. Three apartments are handicap accessible. A well balanced home-style meal is provided to all residents daily. AgeSpan manages the supportive services.
This site is managed by the Methuen Housing Authority and is also known as “101 Broadway Congregate Housing”
