The North Andover Housing Authority provides state and federal affordable housing programs for elders, people with disabilities, and low-income families. Thi housing authority manages the following sites: Bingham Way (45 units), Foulds Terrace (52 units), Fountain Drive (40 units), McCabe Court (45 units), Morkeski Meadows (60 units); O’Connor Heights (20 units and 10 congregate units).
