National Consumer Law Center
The Center offers consulting services to legal advocates representing low income elders. It works for consumer protections, protects vulnerable consumers, and publishes legal resources. It also publishes several brochures and consumer guides on a variety of topics including surviving debt and how to locate legal assistance. The Center does not have the resources for advising consumers directly and refers them to county bar associations or legal aid programs for local referrals.
