Middleton Council on Aging
The Council on Aging offers a variety of services including but not limited to, information and referral, congregate meals, health insurance counseling, tax assistance, exercise classes, social activities, transportation for shopping. They do not currently provide transportation for medical appointments.
Some of the COA services and activities are offered at other town locations.
