Catholic Charities in Lowell provides basic needs services including emergency food, fuel, rent, and utility assistance. It offers a Grandparents as Parents Program and currently runs a support group in Chelmsford which meets the last Monday of the month from 10am-11:30am. It also provides outpatient counseling services and programs for teen parents .
