Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance
The Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance (MOVA) is an independent agency whose purpose is to advocate for and assist victims of crime. MOVA provides victim advocacy through outreach and education, policy advocacy, policy and program development, legislative advocacy, grants management, and service referrals. It connects crime victims, survivors and witnesses to free high quality local services.
