Massachusetts Equipment Distribution Program
This program is a service that provides residents with a permanent disability access to the telephone network in their homes by offering specialized telephones for free or at a reduced cost depending on income. Applicant must have access to a land line (residential telephone service). Individual’s permanent disabilitiy must be verified by a Massachusetts licensed physician, audiologist, speech pathologist, opthalmologist/optometrist or neurologist.
