Massachusetts Councils on Aging

The purpose of the Massachusetts Councils on Aging is to improve the quality of services provided to senior citizens by the COAs, Senior Centers and other social service providers; to educate and improve the skills of the staff of the COAs and Senior Centers of the cities and towns in the Commonwealth; to encourage and promote the development of new Senior Centers and the expansion of existing ones; and to do and perform any and all acts and services that may be incidental or necessary to carry out the above purposes.
