Marblehead Housing Authority

The Marblehead Housing Authority owns and manages 307 units of family and elderly/handicapped conventional housing. The MHA elderly housing complexes are located at Powder House Court (38 units), Green Street Court (32 units), Old Farrell Court (63 units), New Farrell Court (48 units), and the Roads School (41 units). All developments have coin operated on-site laundry and community room facilities. Preferences are granted to qualified veterans, minorities and persons who currently work or reside in Marblehead.
