Marblehead Housing Authority
The Marblehead Housing Authority owns and manages 307 units of family and elderly/handicapped conventional housing. The MHA elderly housing complexes are located at Powder House Court, Green Street Court, Farrell Court, New Farrell Court and the Roads School. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent, which includes utilities. All developments have coin operated on-site laundry and community room facilities.
