Lowell Housing Authority

The Lowell Housing Authority oversees a number of properties throughout Lowell for elders, people with disabilities, and low-income families. They include, but are not limited to: North Common Village, South Common Village, Belvidere Heights, Centralville Gardens, City View Towers, Concord River Mill, Faulkner Street, Francis Gatehouse, Harold Hartwell Court, Highland Parkway, Archie Kenefick Manor, Bishop Markham Village, and numerous scattered properties throughout the City of Lowell.

In conjunction with other community agencies, the Lowell Housing Authority also offers various programs and services including a Youth Activities Program, Supportive Living Services Program, a Family Self Sufficiency Program and a Homeownership Program.
