Lowell Council On Aging Senior Center

COA services Lowell & surrounding towns but no one is turned away due to residence. Programs offered include nutrition, health, recreation, health insurance counseling (SHINE), transportation, information & referral. On-site lunches are provided 7 days/week; meals on wheels can be arranged for homebound individuals. The COA provides blood pressure and podiatry clinics, a fitness program, and outreach services. It sponsors various trips and social activities. The Lowell Veterans Services Department is located in the administrative office on the 2nd floor of the Senior Center.
