This is a 128 bed JCAHO accredited facility that provides subacute care, rehabilitative services and long term care placement to patients 22 years of age and older. Services available include IV therapy, wound management, respiratory therapy, physiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, medication monitoring, nutrition counseling, podiatry, dental services, and optometry services.
