Fairhaven Health Care Center is a 169-bed JCAHO accredited and Medicare certified facility. It offers short and long-term care, rehabilitation therapies, hospice, and respite care. It has a separate Special Dementia Care Unit that is an activity-oriented program. Fairhaven offers physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy.
