Through its Lawyer Referral Program the ECBA maintains a list of attorneys who represent the various legal specialties. Each of these attorneys agrees to provide a free 30 minute consultation to consumers referred by the ECBA LRS. The lawyer to whom the caller is referred will advise the individual on the legal matter. If additional services are needed, the attorney will discuss the fees involved to handle the matter further. The LRS also maintains a reduced fee panel of attorneys. Low income clients should inquire about this service. Proof of household income will be required.
