This is a 208-bed skilled nursing facility providing skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation, long term care, respite, hospice care, and a secure unit for adults with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. The short term rehabilitation program provides physical rehabilitation and medical management for cardiovascular, neurological, and orthopedic problems in addition to pain management and post surgical treatment. Daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available. This agency also manages Bruyere Gardens, a low cost elderly independent living apartment complex; and The Saab Residence, a supportive housing residence.
