This Congregate Living site houses 8 individuals. Each unit has a private bedroom and half bathroom (toilet and sink); 2 shared shower rooms (2 handicapped accessible showers). Monthly social/recreational activities are available to residents. A meal plan is available. Parking is available to residents; transportation needs will assist residents with transportation needs. Home care services are available on-site; managed by AgeSpan.
Services may include homemaking, personal care, adult day health, social day care, home health aide/skilled services, personal emergency response systems, laundry, shopping and light housekeeping.
