This is a 30 day emergency shelter. It is also a transitional wet shelter for active substance users. They have Rapid Re-housing (RRH) activities that are designed to move people experiencing homelessness into permanent housing as quickly as possible. Component services and assistance generally consist of short-term and medium-term rental assistance, rental arrears, rental application fees, security deposits, advance payment of last month’s rent, utility deposits and payments, moving costs, housing search and placement, housing stability case management, mediation, legal services, and credit repair.

It offers temporary shelter, food, hygiene, clothing, medical services, housing and emergency referrals, education and referrals to detox and rehab centers and the Department of Mental Health. This is a fully structurally accessible shelter.
