Community Servings
Community Servings is a free food and nutrition program that provides nutritious home delivered meals to people living with critical and chronic illnesses, their dependent family members, and caregivers. They are able to offer 15 medically-tailored diets including diabetic, renal, bland and vegetarian. Currently able to serve Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents. One day per week meals for 5 days are delivered to the participant’s home. The food includes meals, salads, snacks and desserts. The main entrees are flash frozen.
