Cedar View Rehab & Healthcare Ctr formerly known as Methuen Health & Rehab Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing facility. Offers long-term care, short term rehabilitation, respite, and hospice. It accepts patients with Dementia but there is no specialized unit. It does have a Wanderguard system.

Their facility is a participant in the Steward, MGB, Wellforce, and BIDCO ACO for the 3-Day Waiver Program which waives the requirement for a 3-day inpatient hospitalization prior to admission.
