This is a 131 bed nursing facility with a 43 bed secured unit for patients with Alzheimer’s Disease. Programs offered include comprehensive rehabilitation (PT/OT/ST), pain management, wound care, respite and hospice. The facility is wheelchair accessible.

The adult day health program provides social activities, medical supervision, transportation in wheelchair accessible vans, breakfast, lunch and a snack. Beautician and barber services can be arranged at the center through the ADH staff. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy can be provided on-site. Blaire House ADH offers an Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support group that is open to the public.

Their assisted living community has some units designated for residents who require specialized care due to memory impairment. It facilitates a general caregiver support group that meets the 4th Tuesday of the month from 7pm-8pm at the facility. Short-term respite stays are available.
