This is a shelter managed by Community Teamwork, Inc.(CTI). CTI assists families in locating affordable housing while providing a temporary, safe, and supportive environment for homeless families. Through advocacy and education, CTI assists families in becoming increasingly self-sufficient. This program offers educational, financial, legal, parenting and housing resources.
Lowell Transitional Living Center is a dry shelter with 60 beds for homeless men and 30 beds for homeless women in the Greater Lowell area.
