This Congregate Living site houses 12 individuals. Each unit has a private bedroom and bathroom (toilet, sink, and handicapped accessible shower). Shared kitchen, dining room, and living room space. Monthly social/recreational activities are available to residents. Off street parking is available. Home care services are available on-site; managed by AgeSpan.
Services may include homemaking, personal care, adult day health, social day care, home health aide/skilled services, personal emergency response systems, laundry, shopping and light housekeeping.
