Each unit is a studio apartment with a private bedroom kitchenette, and half bathroom (toilet and sink). 3 shared shower rooms (2 handicapped accessible shower rooms and 1 traditional bathtub). Monthly social/recreational activities are available to residents. Parking is available to residents. Home care services are available on-site; managed by AgeSpan. This is a 2 floor building with elevator access.

Services may include homemaking, personal care, adult day health, social day care, home health aide/skilled services, personal emergency response systems, laundry, shopping and light housekeeping.
