This housing site has 44 affordable apartments targeted to households aged 55 years and over or, in the case of the project based Section 8, at least one household member must be 62 years at initial occupancy. Some apartments are for households 62 years/older who have a broad range of disabilities of a permanent or long-term nature that impacts ability to perform one or more major life activities. This community has one and two bedroom units; heat and hot water are included in the rent. This is a Beacon Rental Community.
