Veterans’ Services – Groveland
This Department advocates on behalf of all veterans and provides them with support services. It also directs an emergency financial assistance program for those veterans and their dependents who are in need. Luis Santiago also serves the City of Haverhill. Located at the Haverhill Citizen Center.
