Atria Marland Place provides independent living, assisted living services, and A Life Guidance Neighborhood for special care of residents with memory impairments. A short-term respite program is also offered. A monthly support group is available for caregivers of people who have Alzheimer’s Disease.

Atria Marland Place also has some availability for Group Adult Foster Care and Tax Credit Affordable Housing applicants. It is owned and operated by Atria Senior Living.
