The following are state subsidized housing sites managed by the Methuen Housing Authority. They include: Rachel Corliss at 101 Broadway (27 units; 20 congregate), Oakland Avenue at 36 Oakland Avenue (40 units), McComish Courts at 22 Mystic Street (72 units), Mystic Street at 24 Mystic Street (72 units) and Edgewood at 75 Edgewood Avenue (64 units). Supportive services are available at the 24 Mystic Street site, McComish Courts, Edgewood Avenue, and at Rachel Corliss housing.
