This housing authority manages the following sites: Chelmsford Arms on Smith St. (64 units); McFarlin Manor on Wilson St. (51 units – includes one 4-bedroom congregate); Delaney Terrace (51 units – includes one 4-bedroom congregate); Brianna Lynn Estates (16 units); North Village (50 units) and The Choice Center. Rent is based on 30% of income for McFarlin Manor and Chelmsford Arms and 25% + electric for Delaney Terrace. The Choice Center is a low/moderate income housing development for seniors 62 years/older. David Hedison is the Executive Director of the Chelmsford Housing Authority.
