Merrimac Council On Aging/Senior Center

The COA and Senior Center are at the same location. On-site lunches are served Mondays-Thursdays. Services offered include weekly blood pressure clinics, tax preparation assistance, SHINE counseling, monthly podiatry clinic and a food pantry. Transportation to medical appointments (including Boston, North Shore, and Southern NH), hairdressers, errands, etc. is provided via the COA wheelchair accessible van for a suggested donation. Volunteer drivers through the NEET Program are available to transport to appointments in Boston and other communities for a suggested donation per mile. The COA sponsors a variety of social and recreational activities and special events. The building is wheelchair accessible.
