Tewksbury Council On Aging
The COA offers a hot lunch Monday through Friday, health insurance counseling (SHINE), tax preparation assistance, wellness programs, educational seminars, social and recreational activities, volunteer opportunities and transportation. It offers a support group on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 9:30am-11:30am for people with Parkinson’s Disease, their caregivers and loved ones.
Their Men’s Group is for men 60 years/older, is held at the Tewksbury Senior Center on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 9am-11am and is facilitated by Mike McDermott, former Care Manager from AgeSpan.
