This agency (formerly Mental Helath Association of Greater Lowell), offers a variey of services including outpatient counseling (Community & Family Counseling Services) that provides a range of counseling and consultation services for children, adults, couples, groups, and families. Other services include Community Based Flexible Support Services for adults with a major mental illness, and the Developmental Disabilities Services which include the residential services and individual home supports for adults with intellectual disabilities who live in various settings.
