High Pointe House (formerly Merrimack Valley Hospice House) is the first licensed inpatient hospice in the region and the only hospice and palliative care house licensed to care for children. Services include: inpatient and routine levels of care, pain management and symptom relief, on-site bereavement and spiritual support, and volunteer support. It features 21 private patient suites with accommodations for visitors who are welcome 24 hours per day. Special areas in the house are designed for solitude and reflection while others are more public gathering areas for those in need of support and interaction with others.
