YWCA Women’s Residence
This program offers 11 affordable rooms for women. Each room is furnished with a bed and dresser and is wired for telephone, cable and internet service which is activated and paid by resident if she so chooses. Women share bathroom facilities, a large Victorian kitchen, pantry and parlor.

Must be female and committed to staying at least 3 months and have a source of income; selection process includes a credit report, verification of income, reference checks of previous tenancy and an interview
