Merrimack Valley Food Bank
The Merrimack Valley Food Bank is a community supported non-profit organization that provides nutritious food and personal care items to emergency feeding programs serving people who are homeless, hungry, and of low-income. They serve 32 different communities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It is one of four food banks in Massachusetts that serves food pantries, shelter, soup kitchens, day and residential programs that, in turn, serve individuals and families. Staff and volunteers from local agencies visit the food bank to select food that is nutritious and ethnically appropriate for their clients.
