This assisted living facility offers a full range of services. They include 3 daily meals; 24-hour staff; personal care assistance; scheduled transportation to shopping, community activities and religious services; housekeeping and linen services.

There is a choice of studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom companion suites. Billerica Crossings offers the Harbor Memory Care Program for those with memory impairment. Participants can enjoy a half-day (4 hrs) or full day (8 hrs). Short-term respite stays can be arranged. Billerica Crossings hosts a Dementia Caregivers Support Group to help support family members and loved ones of those living with dementia.
